Aerospace Capstone Projects win at AAIA Competition

Out of 60 teams, both of Oklahoma State University's Aerospace Capstone Design teams placed in the top 5.  OSU Black one first place while OSU Orange took third place. The AIAA Design, Build, Fly competition took place in Wichita, Kan.  Congratulations goes to Dr. Arena, their faculty advisor and their assistants, Dan Bierely (pilot) and Joe Conner (Lecturer). 

Out of a field of 60 entries, the first five places were:

 1st – OSU Black
 2nd – U. of Texas-Austin (Team 1)
 3rd – OSU Orange
 4th – U. of Texas-Austin (Team 2)
 5th – U. of Colorado
